REWARDSHOPPING PROGRAM TERMS

Participation in the Program constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Program Terms and the Sponsor’s Terms of Service.

Overview

RewardShopping is designed to give Members rewards when they shop at designated merchants through the SuperPoints Network sites (each a “site” or the “Sites” or the “Services”).

RewardShopping is a Service where you can earn Points when you or validated Members connected to you in your SuperPoints Network (“Friends”) shop at designated merchants.

Qualifying Merchants

Members can receive Points when they shop at designated merchants (each a “Qualifying Merchant”). Qualifying Merchants are listed at the RewardShopping Home Page at http://rewardshopping.superpoints.com and are subject to change from time to time. Verified purchases made at a Qualifying Merchant may qualify you to earn Points (“Qualifying Purchases”).

Earning Points

Subject to the Terms of Service, members earn Points by clicking through to Qualifying Merchants from the Sites. Points are awarded, in our sole discretion, as either a percentage of the amount spent on a Qualifying Purchase at a Qualifying Merchant or as a fixed amount based on whether an action was completed at a Qualifying Merchant site.

Members must click through from the Sites to receive Points for a Qualifying Purchase or action. No Points will be awarded if a Member goes directly to the Qualifying Merchant site, as we have no way to track such transaction.

Points will only be awarded when the Qualifying Merchant has verified that a Qualifying Purchase or action has taken place and the return period for such Qualifying Merchant has expired. This verification process may extend beyond 30 days.

Earning Points when Friends Shop

Members also earn Points when Friends shop at a Qualifying Merchant. Each time a Friend makes a Qualifying Purchase or completes an action at a Qualifying Merchant, you will receive Points (the amount to be determined, in our sole discretion, at the time we credit the Qualifying Purchase or action to your Friend).

Other Legal Stuff

We reserve the right to alter, modify, suspend or terminate this RewardShopping Program (including changing, adding, or removing the ways that Members can earn Points) at any time, which notice may be provided through revisions posted on the SuperPoints web site. You should regularly check the SuperPoints website for updates, and your continued use of our Service constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms.
