Before you contact us, please consider some of these answers to common questions.
I didn't get my validation email. What's wrong?

Sometimes your mail provider (AOL, Yahoo!, Hotmail, etc.) will put our validation emails in your junk/spam/bulk mail folder. If you have requested a validation email and you didn't receive it, first check your bulk/junk/spam folder. If you still don't see it, add contact@superpoints.com to your address book and request another one. You should then receive it.

I entered my postal address, but it says it's invalid. How can it be invalid if I live here?

Only one account per household is allowed. Be sure that someone else in your family isn't already registered. If you have the only account, it could be a simple matching problem. We check addresses against the United States Post Office database. Belive it or not, even the USPS doesn't have every address in their system (you can thank your local mailperson for getting you your mail). Simply send us your address in the form below and we'll enter it manually.

Where is my Reward?

We process most Rewards within 2-3 days, but in periods of high volume it can take up to a week. You will receive an email when the reward has been processed. Once the Reward is processed, when you recieve it depends on the reward. Gift cards sent via email should arrive within 24 hours. Larger prizes like Plasma TV's and Cars can take a few weeks to arrive.
